Signing in

Sites handles authentication. Patria uses the verified user identifier and display name supplied by the platform to personalize the experience. The app does not receive your password.

Your starting point

Search text and selected coordinates are sent to Google Maps Platform to find locations and nearby places. If you choose “near me,” your browser asks for location permission first.

Saved places and preferences

Saved places and onboarding preferences stay in this browser’s local storage. For Google places, only the place ID is saved; place details are refreshed from Google. These preferences do not synchronize across devices. You can remove saved places using their bookmark controls, change preferences through onboarding, or clear this site’s browser storage.

Google services

Maps, place search, and Street View use Google’s services and are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps links open the Google Maps service.

Site services

Sites provides hosting and authentication. Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. The app does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or an email signup form.
